You can make an appointment or a Tandem-flight or educational tamdemflight. Offer it as a gift to a friend or relative, it is an unforgettable experience. What you need is a pair of sturdy shoes and guts. Possible for everyone .From 20 kg to 120kg, for young and more aged people. The machine is a 15hp MINI PLANE 125 18.5kg-52kg thrust. The paraglider is a WIND TECH CARGO 39. up to 250kg. DV1-2-safety-labeled . Tested to 8G or 2000kg. Top speed 52kmh. Heavier passengers will fly with a powerful engine. A Fresh-Breeze-Monster 28Pk 32kg 78kg-thrust. The weather should be calm with less than 5 to 20kmh wind from southeast to southwest. Usually we start on the TOTAL CONTROL airfield at Lessen. Located at ROUTE DE FRASNES at Lessen. Practical tips: Strong shoes are necessary, wind jacket and long pants are recommended but not mandatory. High in the air,the air may be colder, more than 10deg less then at groundlevel , and you will feel about 40kmh wind. Take a photo camera but secure it with a rope. Don't bring anything valuable. Air - Disease is rare when paragliding. Do not use alcohol, drugs or narcotic medications, you should be awake!! DO NOT BE AFRAID! It's great to fly ...., it is an unforgettable event. Learning to fly is not so hard ....

Everybody can do it.

Jou don't need to be rich, it can be compared to motorcycling.

Paragliding can be done on flatland (winch), in the dunes (soaring), in the mountains (thermaling), with an engine (paramotor).

The equipement for soaring , winch-flying or thermaling can be bought new as from 2500€ or used equipement for half-price.

Paramotor equipent starts from 7000€ or used equipement for half-price.

Every year , you will need to pay minimal 45€ insurance cost.

Young and old, light and less light people.

You only need to be healthy and fit to start flying.

Trikes or tricycles with a paramotor are also a possibility.

There are kits for people from 40kg to +100 kg.

No minimum or maximum age .

Learning to fly?

You can visit one of the flying schools of the Belgian Federation of Free Flight Paramotor federation

But you can also opt for self-study and guided by another pilot (such as driving with an L)

This usually takes longer and is certainly not given to everyone.

Finally you can also go abroad for a crash course of one week or so. (Eg Annecy)

-Where and when to fly?

Paragliding can be done anywhere, even in your backyard. As long as there are no obstructions, and you respect the general aviation reglementation properly.

Especially near an airport or a densely populated area.You need permission from the landowner or tenant.

What weather do you need?
It can by be done in calm weather . Sun and / or clouds.
There can be a little breeze  but not to much.Maximaal 3bft gusts.
The temparature is not important, so in summer you can fly at 35 deg. and in winter at-10gr. and snow.
